Who we are
Hirro is a brand of CAUSA SUI BV, Krugerstraat 232, 2660 Antwerpen, Belgium, company number BE0774.580.929. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Questions about your data go to maarten@hirro.eu.
What we collect
When you book a demo or send the demo form: your name, company, work email, phone number if you give it, and your message.
When you order hardware: the same, plus the delivery address, VAT number and the kit you chose.
When you read the site: pages viewed, the site you came from, device and browser type, and approximate location. We set no cookies and store nothing on your device.
Why we use it
To answer your request, plan the demo, confirm an order and send you a quote. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to a business request.
To see which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, and the data doesn't identify you.
We don't sell personal data and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Who processes it for us
Formward (Sweden) receives the demo and order forms and emails them to us.
Google Calendar (Google Ireland Limited) handles demo bookings.
PostHog (EU cloud) measures page visits without cookies.
Mediawax (Belgium) hosts the website.
Each works under a data processing agreement. Google may process data outside the EU with the safeguards the GDPR requires.
How long we keep it
Requests and orders are kept for as long as we talk with you, and up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a customer. Invoices are kept as long as Belgian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Send your request to the address above. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
