How do I track which kit went to which event?
Tag each case and item. A phone at the loading dock hears the tags on the truck, and Hirro matches them to the event.
Do I need readers in the warehouse?
No, not to start. Staff phones read the tags as people work. Gateways help in areas where nobody walks every day.
Does Hirro work with our rental software?
Hirro works with any ERP, including SAP, Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics, through a connector, the API or an export.
