How does the switch credit work?
If you leave another tracking contract, the months left on it come off your Hirro software licence, up to 12 months. It covers the licence, not hardware.
Can we keep our current tracker on the machines?
Yes. Hirro can read its data and add the yard, the stages and the attachments. You decide later whether to replace it.
Can we keep our tags?
Yes, if they are standard BLE tags (iBeacon or Eddystone). Other protocols need a one-off integration.
