The usual setup puts fixed gateways across the yard and RFID gates at the entrance. Hirro uses the phones your staff already carry, so you start with tags only.
Estimate Our estimates for a typical setup, not quotes. Change the gateway and gate numbers to the offers you received. The old way also pays €10 per tag. Hirro tags cost about €7, or about €0.25 per month leased over 36 months. Indoor beacons for halls are optional. We confirm real prices with your order.

How much time do rental yards spend searching for equipment?
It differs per yard, so the calculator starts from your own numbers. Count the searches in one normal week, time a few of them, and include the people who wait, such as a driver with a truck at the gate.
Where do the starting cost numbers come from?
They are our estimates for a typical gateway and gate setup, not quotes. Gateway and gate prices vary by supplier and site. We confirm Hirro prices with your order.
Does Hirro need gateways at all?
No. Staff phones hear the tags as people walk the yard and place each asset in a zone. Gateways are optional, for spots where you want updates without anyone walking by, such as the gate or the wash bay.
Do you store what I type in?
No. The calculator runs in your browser. We only see your numbers when you send them to us with the form.
