About the Standard tag.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 3 to 4 years, depending on how often the tag broadcasts. The battery is a CR2477 that you swap in seconds at the workbench.

Does the tag need charging or a SIM card?

No. The tag sends a short Bluetooth signal every few seconds. Staff phones with the Hirro app and gateways pick it up and report it.

Can I move a tag to another machine?

Yes. Take it off, mount it on the next machine and link it in the app with one tap.
